Cook Method

1. Heat Oil

• Add sufficient oil to a deep pan or kadhai.
• Heat on medium flame (approx. 170–175°C).

2. No Thaw Required

• Take chicken popcorn directly from the frozen pack.
• Do not thaw for best crispiness.

3. Fry in Batches

• Carefully add pieces into hot oil.
• Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.

4. Cook Evenly

• Fry for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Maintain medium heat for uniform cooking.

5. Check Doneness

• Cook until golden brown and crispy.
• Ensure chicken is fully cooked inside.

6. Remove Excess Oil

• Take out and place on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.

7. Serve Hot

• Serve with ketchup, mayo, or spicy dips.

Tip: Avoid high flame—it may burn the coating while leaving the inside undercooked.
