3. Grease Surface

• Lightly apply oil or butter on the pan, grill, or baking tray to prevent sticking.

4. Cook Evenly

• Place kebabs and cook on medium flame.
• Turn occasionally and cook for 10–12 minutes until evenly browned.

5. Check Doneness

• Ensure kebabs are fully cooked inside (no pink meat, juices run clear).

6. Optional Basting

• Brush with butter while cooking for extra flavor and juiciness.

7. Serve Hot

• Garnish with onions, lemon wedges, and mint chutney.
• Perfect for wraps, rolls, or snacks.

Tip: Avoid high flame to ensure inside cooks properly without burning outside.
