Measure ans rinse the sprouted beans well. Pressure cook with salt until soft,drain and mash coarsely.
Finely chop onions,tomatoes and green bell pepper. Sprinkle little salt, pepper powder and chaat masala powder and mix well.
Remove the edges from the bread. Take one bread slice and apply softened butter and spread the mashed sprouted beans. Top with chopped and mixed veggies and close with the other bread slice. Apply some butter on the top of the bread again.
Toast the prepared sandwich in a sandwich maker or tava until golden brown. Serve sprouts sandwich hot with sauce.
