Heat a pan.Add oil in it. Add onion, garlic and mix it until it becomes soft and golden brown. Add chopped vegetables and soute it for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix it well. Then add boiled noodles in it. Again saute it well. Then add water in it. Let it boil for 5-8 minutes. Add salt and black pepper powder.
Serve it in the bowl and add spring onion for toppings( not mandatory).
