Vegetable Noodle soup

Cooking Time : 20 Minute

Ingredients

  • Chopped cabbage- ½ cup
  • Chopped spring onions- ½ cup
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce- 2 tsp
  • Water- 2 to 3 cups
  • Boiled noodles- 1 cup
  • Chopped Carrots- ½ cup
  • Chopped green bell pepper- 1)2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder- ¼ tsp
  • Soy sauce- 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Heat a pan.Add oil in it. Add onion, garlic and mix it until it becomes soft and golden brown. Add chopped vegetables and soute it for 5 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix it well. Then add boiled noodles in it. Again saute it well. Then add water in it. Let it boil for 5-8 minutes. Add salt and black pepper powder.
  • Serve it in the bowl and add spring onion for toppings( not mandatory).
