Methods
Step 1
Take curd in a bowl. Add garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice and mix. Set aside for just a few minutes.

In the meantime, put cashew nuts in a blender and grind into a fine paste.
Step 3
Now add turmeric powder, salt, cumin, black pepper, and coriander powder to the curd bowl and combine well.
Step 4
Now add fresh cream to the mixture. This step is optional and you can skip it as well.
Step 5
Next, add the cashew nut powder to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to form a thick paste.
Step 6
Now add shredded chicken to this paste and coat it well. Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Once done, take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a long sausage-like kebab. Repeat this step to make kebabs from the mixture.
Step 8
You can use a bamboo stick or an ice cream stick and use it to give your kebabs a proper base.
Step 9
Now pour some oil in a pan or on a Tawa and shallow fry all the kebabs on low flame. After 2-3 minutes flip the kebabs and fry from the other side as well.
Step 10
Once golden brown from both sides, the kebabs are ready to be served.
