Chole Samosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chickpea gram
  • Refined oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • One and a half teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 cube cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup boiled chickpea gram and mash it well and keep it aside
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil, add 1/4 teaspoon mustard, 3/4 cup chopped onions and fry 3-4 minutes
  • Add mashed chickpeas and fry
  • Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and all the dry spices and fry
  • Remove the mixture after it becomes thick in this way
  • When cold, add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and mix, keep aside.
  • Take 2 cups maida, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon fennel, 2 teaspoons oil and water and knead soft dough
  • Make 4 portions of the prepared dough
  • Cut each piece of bread into 2 parts, apply water at the edges and give a cone shape
  • Fill 1 teaspoon of prepared masala and apply water on the edges and seal it like this
  • Thus prepare all the samosas
  • Fry until golden and crispy in hot oil, serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney
