Grapes and Chicken Salad

Ingredients 

 

  • 2 cup boiled chicken
  • 1/2 cup deseeded, halved black grapes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup deseeded, halved green grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • Method

  • Step 1 Prepare the chicken

    Chop the boiled chicken into small pieces or shred them at your convenience.

  • Step 2 Mix the ingredients

    In a bowl add shredded or chopped chicken, celery, green grapes, black grapes, chopped walnuts, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder. Give a good mix.

  • Step 3 Refrigerate and serve

    Refrigerate the salad for 15 minutes and serve cold. Enjoy!
