In a bowl add maida, salt, sugar, some oil, curd and water to knead a soft dough. Pat with some oil and let this rest for around 2 hours.

In a pan heat some oil; add ginger garlic paste, minced meat and onions.

Cook for some time and then add the powdered spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, haldi, red chilli powder and salt according to taste.

Once the keema is almost cooked, add coriander leaves and take off the heat.

Get the dough and section into 4. Make thick medium-sized rotis and add the stuffing in them.
6.
Pinch all sides together and roll with light hands.
7.
To bake cook 50% on a pan and then add to a preheated oven.
8.
To cook in Tawa, lightly flip on both sides until golden brown and cooked.
9.
Brush with coriander and garlic butter and enjoy with a dip of your choice.
