Cooking Time : 60 Minute
Ingredients
Take a deep vessel. Add mutton cubes, water, salt & green chilli. Stir & cover. Boil for 25 minutes. Keep aside once boiled.
FOR MUTTON 65 MASALA
Take a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, cornflour, all-purpose flour, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, curry leaves, soya sauce, vinegar, egg white & edible red colour. Mix everything well. Your Mutton 65 sauce is ready.
Now take boiled mutton cubes & dip them in the sauce. Coat all cubes with the red sauce properly.
Deep fry all coated mutton cubes till crispy.
Your Mutton 65 is ready now. Serve with slit green chillies & lemon.
