Saag Gosht

Ingredients

  • 5 Bunches Fresh mustard leaves (sarson)
  • 1 Bunch Fresh spinach leaves (palak)
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 one-inch pieces Ginger sliced
  • 6-8 Cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 medium Onions Sliced
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Cornmeal
  • 300 gram Mutton curry-cut

How to Make Saag Gosht

1 Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion, and sauté for two to three minutes.

2 Add mutton pieces and cook it for 3-4 mins or till the meat will be seared then add roughly chopped mustard leaves.

3 Cover and cook it till the mutton gets tender.

4 Add roughly chopped spinach and stir.

5 Add chopped green chilies. Add salt to taste and stir well.

6 Ready to serve!
