Cooking Time : 45 Minute
1 Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion, and sauté for two to three minutes.
2 Add mutton pieces and cook it for 3-4 mins or till the meat will be seared then add roughly chopped mustard leaves.
3 Cover and cook it till the mutton gets tender.
4 Add roughly chopped spinach and stir.
5 Add chopped green chilies. Add salt to taste and stir well.
6 Ready to serve!
