Ingredients
500 gms chopped into cubes mutton
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp garlic cloves
10 green cardamoms
As Required salt
4 tbsp chana dal
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp ginger, sliced
1 egg
1/2 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp garam masala powder
as required water
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Boil the mutton in some water, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, green cardamom powder, chana dal, garlic, ginger, cardamoms, cloves, cloves and salt.
Once soft, cool, grind mixture to a fine paste. Add garam masala and an egg to the paste. Make stuffing of chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilies, adjust salt.
Shape mixture into kebabs with the mutton mixture and stuff the kebabs with the ready onion and coriander mixture. Deep fry the kebabs until golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
