Blanch all the vegetables, except the potatoes and process them together coarsely in a blender place in a piece of muslin and squeeze gently to remove excess water.

Mash the boiled potatoes and mix together with the processed vegetables.

Add the green chilies, ginger, roasted gram powder, roasted cumin powder, cardamom powder, chaat masala and salt.
Step 4
Add the rest to the vegetable mixture and mix well adjust seasoning. Shape the mixture into small patties.
Step 5
Heat the oil in kadahi and deep fry the patties till golden brown remove and drain on absorbent paper.
