  • Onions, cut into big chunks 2 nos

  • Babycorn, cut into two halves each 10 nos

  • Cocoa powder 2 tsp

  • Hung curd 4 tbsp

  • Bell pepper red, cut into cubes 2 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Oregano 1 tsp

  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp

  • Skewers 6 nos

  • Mushrooms whole 12 nos

Instructions

  • First of all prepare the marinade using all the ingredients like cocoa powder, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, oregano, and olive oil

  • Refrigerate this marinade for 4 to 5 hours.

  • Toss well and set aside in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours.

  • Before grilling, align them on the skewers in any order you prefer.

  • You can use any of your favorite veggies too.

  • Grill them on a stovetop or in the microwave as i did.

  • It took me around 20 minutes on the stovetop griller.

  • See to it that the vegetables retain their crunch, so do not overdo it. Grill them just until little brown and crisp on both sides flipping them occasionally.

  • Serve these amazing starters with some sour cream and spring onions on the side.

  • Paneer adds the Indian side to this Mexican dish and you can add your favorite spices to it by omitting the cocoa powder.
