Bell pepper red, cut into cubes 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp

Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Skewers 6 nos
Mushrooms whole 12 nos
Instructions
First of all prepare the marinade using all the ingredients like cocoa powder, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, oregano, and olive oil
Refrigerate this marinade for 4 to 5 hours.
Toss well and set aside in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours.
Before grilling, align them on the skewers in any order you prefer.
You can use any of your favorite veggies too.
Grill them on a stovetop or in the microwave as i did.
It took me around 20 minutes on the stovetop griller.
See to it that the vegetables retain their crunch, so do not overdo it. Grill them just until little brown and crisp on both sides flipping them occasionally.
Serve these amazing starters with some sour cream and spring onions on the side.
Paneer adds the Indian side to this Mexican dish and you can add your favorite spices to it by omitting the cocoa powder.
